The Korean Cultural Centre Australia is pleased to present a “Hangeul Embroidery Workshop” as part of its regular Korean Design Craft Workshop series, highlighting the beauty of Hangeul and Korean traditional elements.

Celebrate the harmony of Hangeul and craft in this hands-on activity where creativity meets cultural heritage. All materials will be provided, and no previous embroidery experience is needed.

VENUE: Korean Cultural Centre Australia(Ground Floor, 255 Elizabeth St, Sydney)

PROGRAM DETAILS:

• ●Participants will embroider the Korean word “Nabi” (butterfly) using traditional stitching techniques on organza (Nobang) fabric featuring folk painting patterns, and decorate a Korean-style dreamcatcher with a butterfly made from organza fabric and traditional Korean knots.
