Don’t miss this opportunity to hear one of Australia’s top chefs share his journey with Korean street food!

SPEAKER: Brendan Pang is a cook, author, and content creator known for bringing the vibrant flavors of his Chinese-Mauritian heritage to life. Growing up in Perth, Australia, his love for food was shaped by cultural diversity and family traditions, especially cooking with his Grandmere. Before his culinary career, Brendan worked as a social worker in Broome, and in 2018, he competed on MasterChef Australia, launching his new path. Now splitting time between Australia and Taiwan, Brendan draws inspiration from Asia’s rich food culture, sharing bold, authentic flavors through his cookbooks, classes, and social media.
