You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter.
If you request the deletion of your personal information, we will delete it promptly.
How we store your information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
For newsletter subscribers, personal information is generally retained for 5 years for newsletter distribution and subscriber management, unless you request its deletion.
When personal information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted.
Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose personal information to:

●service providers who assist with our programs, events, communications or information systems
●other parties where required.
Where external platforms or service providers such as Google Forms or Mailchimp are used, relevant personal information may be transferred to those platforms for the purpose of providing the relevant service.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
